Access model
Marketing, packages, support, legal pages and documentation are open to everyone. The analytical map, your reports and your account console need a signed-in session. Your analyses and projects are visible to you and to the teammates you share them with, and the protection is applied to the data itself, not only to the screen that shows it.

Payments
Checkout runs through a hosted payment gateway. Refunds apply only to the exceptional cases stated in the terms: a technical failure without a report or a verified erroneous charge.
Data & privacy
You decide what JDWIN remembers about you: from your settings you review it, correct it, delete part or all of it, or switch memory off, and JDWIN keeps working in full. The content of your analyses is not used to train JDWIN models unless you turn that on yourself in your account settings. The full Privacy policy sets out what is collected, how it is used, for how long it is kept, and your rights, and the Terms and conditions are published beside it.
