Four verdict bands

The verdict is read from the jdwin index in one of four bands: Proceed (82 and above), Proceed with care (65 to 81), Do not proceed yet (45 to 64) and Do not proceed (under 45). No stamp folds the four into two: the band printed is the band the index falls in, so a reading of 60 prints “Do not proceed yet”, never “Do not proceed”. Legal and disclaimer copy affirms the verdict as a reliable analytical output while disclaiming liability for the user’s project execution or implementation. In other words, jdwin owns the analytical clarity of the judgment; you own how you act on it.

Place confirm

For location-dependent (physical) ventures, smart search may resolve a likely place from natural language, including voice, and it tolerates typos while disambiguating similar names through geographic context in the query. Analysis still does not start until you confirm the real place name. A map pin or click must show that real name, not bare coordinates as a substitute for place identity. The map is worldwide and selection-only: its job is to lock geography before judgment, not to host results. Digital and online projects (an app, a SaaS platform, an online store, a course or hosting platform) are auto-detected from your wording and studied market-first, so they need no pin and skip the confirm step entirely; there is no physical/digital mode toggle to learn.

Report value layers for consumers remain Free / Pro / Max: Free delivers the decisive index and its verdict band; Pro unlocks risk reading, recommendations and the sensitivity analysis (a stress test with declared magnitudes); Max deepens insights and scenarios.
