What each report depth opens
Every report is produced at the depth you choose. Every paid package reaches Verdict, Ledger and Equity, Starter reads Verdict, and Alpha belongs to Business alone. A deeper report draws your allowance by what it really costs. Every depth includes the ones below it.
Verdict: The decisive index and verdict band, the executive summary, and the geographic, market and competition readings.
Ledger adds: This venture’s break-even point, and, as estimates where their inputs were not measured for your site, the detailed financial model and the sensitivity analysis.
Equity adds: No extra report sections; within them it adds, where competitors’ reviews exist, the market’s voice in your area and each competitor’s share of review volume, where enough public posts were verified what people are saying about your activity around the site, and, as estimates where their inputs were not measured for your site, the limits of your decision on demand and rent, the return on capital over 24 months and the optimal-size curve for your premises and its reasons.
Alpha adds: Due diligence at its highest grade.

Every paid package exports the report as a PDF carrying the JDWIN seal, printed at the depth the report was produced at. The site probe, which picks the strongest site before the report, is part of Pro ×2, Pro ×4 and Business ×3, with the number of uses shown above. How the allowance works
Subscriptions renew their allowance every month. Business is priced by the seat, and each seat adds its own monthly allowance to the team’s.
One-time packages are a fixed pool that depletes as you use it, valid for twelve months from purchase.
Starter is granted once per account, for the Decisive Call only, and is never renewed.
A five-hour window paces heavy use without reducing the allowance. If you reach it, the page tells you when it lifts.
When an allowance runs out you are shown which package gives you more, not an error.
Payments & refunds
Payments run through a hosted checkout. Refunds are limited to the exceptional cases stated in the terms: technical failure without a report, or a verified erroneous charge.
