Where did each figure come from?
Ask for the source or the formula behind each figure. A figure with no known origin is an opinion written in numbers.
In JDWIN: the source of each axisGeneral assistants answer on any topic in a conversation. A decision needs something else: one stamped verdict, measured data with its coverage recorded, and a source for each axis of the report. That is where JDWIN begins.
The assistant column describes the category as designed, not any one product; the JDWIN column describes what the report commits to.
| Property | General assistant | JDWIN |
|---|---|---|
| What it is for | ||
| Built for | Answering anything in an open conversation | One decision: whether your venture succeeds at this place |
| Range of topics | Open to any topic you ask about, from writing and summarizing to explaining | Limited to one decision: a venture at a place |
| The conversation | An open conversation you continue with new questions on any topic | Once the analysis is complete, JDWIN’s assistant answers questions about your own analyses |
| What you type | A question in any wording, then follow-ups | One sentence describing the venture, then you confirm the place on the map |
| What you receive | A reply in the conversation, which can be text, a table or a file, as you ask | An official report with one verdict of four |
| The numbers | ||
| Where the figures come from | From what it knows, finds or is handed, as you ask | Read from their sources or computed by JDWIN |
| Running it again | The reply can differ from one attempt to the next | The same data returns the same score and the same verdict |
| A missing data point | As you instruct it: it may ask you for it, state the limits of what it knows, or assume a value | Names, in the report, the layer that could not be measured for your place |
| Trust | ||
| Verifying the document | A reply, or a file you ask for | A serial number and an issue date, and a verification page where whoever receives an exported PDF compares their copy with what JDWIN issued |
Each of them can be seen in the report itself, not in a description of it.
Site, market and competition data is read from its sources, JDWIN computes the score and the verdict by fixed rules. Before a report is shown, every figure written in digits in its text is matched against what was computed or read from a source, and a “·” takes the place of one nothing supports; figures spelled out in words fall outside the check.
Number of competitors within the analysis range
Stays as it isNumber of competitors within the analysis range·
Printed as “·”The score is computed by fixed rules, so the same data returns the same score and the same verdict. The sensitivity analysis is built into the report while its money figures do not rest on a measurement at your site.
The same result
The official report carries a serial number, an issue date and the issuer’s line, and carries JDWIN’s signature when the copy is signed. Whoever receives an exported PDF can verify it on the verification page: they choose the file and type the serial number, and their copy is compared with what JDWIN issued without the file leaving their device.

Describe
With JDWIN
Describe the venture in one sentence and confirm the place on the map before the analysis starts.
Decide
With the JDWIN report
JDWIN returns one verdict and figures with a source, in an official report. Once the analysis is complete, JDWIN’s assistant answers questions about your analyses.
Follow up
With JDWIL
In the packages that include JDWIL, place the follow-ups on the days of your week, and nothing is sent in your name before you approve it.
Put them to any document in front of you, whether an assistant, a consultant or a system wrote it. Apply them to a JDWIN report exactly as you would to any other.
Ask for the source or the formula behind each figure. A figure with no known origin is an opinion written in numbers.
In JDWIN: the source of each axisRun it again with the same inputs. A result that changes while the inputs stay put needs an explanation.
In JDWIN: the result repeatingA good document separates what was read from a source from what it assumed, and marks an estimate where it appears.
In JDWIN: the source networkLook for a sensitivity analysis: how does the outcome change if demand, rent or cost moves, and are the amounts of change declared?
In JDWIN: a declared stress test, shown when the money figures rest on a measurementA named assumption can be argued with; a hidden one turns into a result that looks certain.
In JDWIN: the estimate markMarket data goes stale. Ask for the date it was read, the body responsible for the document, and a way to check it has not changed.
In JDWIN: the reading date and the verification pageWhen a large commitment rests on the decision, you need numbers computed by fixed rules, with the source of each axis shown, that give the same result for the same data. That is what the JDWIN official report is designed for.
A general assistant is designed to answer anything in conversation. JDWIN is designed for one decision: whether your venture succeeds at this place. You describe the venture and confirm the place, and JDWIN computes the figures by fixed rules and issues an official report with one verdict: Proceed, Proceed with care, Do not proceed yet or Do not proceed.
JDWIN does. Site, market and competition data is read from its sources, JDWIN computes the score and the verdict by fixed rules, and the figures written in digits in the report’s text are checked before they appear.
Acceptance is for the body you present the report to, and JDWIN guarantees it for none. What the report puts in a lender’s or partner’s hands: a serial number and an issue date, an exported PDF that the verification page compares with its recorded copy, and a source network showing what was read and what was estimated.
The Decisive Call is in Starter: four analyses per account at Verdict or Ledger depth, once, with no card. Beyond it come monthly subscriptions and one-time report packages, and the packages open deeper levels of the report. Subscriptions renew monthly and are cancelled from settings. Full prices are on the plans page.
No. The verdict is an estimate built on place data and JDWIN’s calculations, not a guarantee. Verification proves the file is unchanged since issue, not that the venture succeeds. A money figure is printed only when its inputs rest on a measurement or a cited source.
The same data returns the same score and verdict, because JDWIN computes them by fixed rules. Each new run is a new report: the data is read from its sources at that moment, and if it changed the result changes with it. As for an issued PDF, downloading it again returns the first file, while the report page is checked again each time it is shown.
Within declared limits. The check runs before every showing of the report: on the page, in the PDF and in a shared copy. It does not cover everything in the report: figures spelled out in words fall outside it.
JDWIN issues the verdict on a place in an official report. JDWIL is a second service with its own name, included in some packages: agents you place on the days of your week to search and prepare drafts; whatever would leave your accounts stays a draft until you approve it. JDWIN decides, and JDWIL carries out what follows.
four analyses per account at Verdict or Ledger depth, once. Describe your venture, confirm the place, and read the verdict.
