01What is a Reverse Feasibility Study?
A Reverse Feasibility Study, as we define it here, is a method that starts from the place and the market, not the idea: JDWIN first reads the site, the demand and the competition from their sources, then computes the index from the data it found by fixed rules, and returns one clear verdict of four in an official report. It differs from the traditional study in its starting point: that one begins with the idea and its assumptions, while this one begins with the evidence.
02How does a Reverse Feasibility Study differ from a traditional one?
The difference is the starting point. A traditional study starts from a venture you describe and assumptions you set, takes the place as settled, and asks “how do I carry out the idea”. A Reverse Feasibility Study starts from the place and its evidence and asks “should I carry it out here at all”. Site data is read from its sources, JDWIN computes its index by fixed rules, and the report carries one clear verdict, a serial number and a verification page for the exported PDF.
03What do I have to type?
One sentence that describes the venture and the site in your own words. Type it or dictate it, and JDWIN reads the venture and the site from it and shows you the place, then you confirm its name before the analysis starts. A digital venture needs no location. If your package opens several depths, you choose one. You can also attach a photo of the site if you wish.
04Where do the numbers come from, and how are they checked?
Site and market data is read from its sources, JDWIN computes score and verdict by fixed rules, and each figure written in digits is matched against what was computed or read, an unsupported one becoming “·”; spelled-out figures fall outside the check. All money figures print; one not built on a measurement or cited source carries the estimate mark. The “About this report” dialog shows what was read from its source and what was estimated by calculation.
05Will a bank or a lender accept it?
Acceptance is the lender’s decision under its own terms; JDWIN promises no institution’s approval. The official report offers a serial number, an issue date and an issuer, with JDWIN’s signature on a signed copy, and, in paid packages, an exported PDF that whoever receives it can verify.
06What do I get at the start?
The Decisive Call is in Starter: every account receives four analyses as a registration gift, once, with no card. Choose the depth of every analysis, Verdict or Ledger. The paid packages open the other depths, from the full competitor list to due diligence at its highest grade, and export their reports as a PDF; the analyses are read inside JDWIN. Each package is described exactly on the plans page.
07Which sectors does it cover?
JDWIN covers food and beverage, health and beauty, everyday services, electronics and e-commerce, fashion, hospitality, education, automotive, home and furniture, jewelry and luxury, and real estate. It reads the sector from your own words and matches an unlisted activity to the nearest segment. A digital venture is studied at market level, with no location.
08What happens after I start the analysis?
The analysis runs automatically and does not wait for a file you prepare. Its progress shows on screen step by step and the report opens when it is complete; if you close the page you return to your running analysis. The analysis has a bounded timeout, and site views arrive after the report if they are not ready.
09Does it work for a digital venture with no location?
Yes, in a form of its own. A digital venture is recognized from your wording, such as an app, an online store or a course platform, so it needs no map pin. It produces a digital plan readiness reading, with five digital factors and the same four verdict words, which measures how complete the launch plan is, not live demand. Site views are kept for ventures that have a site.
10How do I verify a report I received?
Every exported PDF has a serial number printed in the document and the file name. Open the verification page, choose your PDF and type the number, and your copy is compared with what JDWIN issued without the file leaving your device. A match means the file has not changed since it was issued, not that your venture will succeed. The page is open to any reader without an account.
